Come cook, drink, and celebrate food in this hands-on holiday hors d’oeuvres class with Best of Westchester's chef, Kate Sonders. 

Together, we will learn how to prepare small plates just in time for the holidays:

  • Butternut squash and sage arancini
  • Shaved Brussels sprouts salad with parmesan and pomegranate
  • Mini toasts with thyme and fig butter, brie and pickled cranberries

You will leave with the knowledge and shopping list to throw your own celebration at home! 

Sonders' classes are known across the Rivertowns for being delicious and fun.
