In this class you will learn how to make delicious pizza dough with Ruth Kaplan, the former pizzaiola at Amorina in Prospect Heights.

Get your hands in the dough, bring a friend, bring your kids. We'll practice mixing, kneading, and stretching that perfect pie!

You'll have dough to take home to bake with a pizza kit including tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella.

Ruth says a homemade pizza is the perfect food and loves how it makes everyone happy.

Her chops were forged in kitchens across New York—in fact, she’s rolled enough dough to stretch from New York to Miami. At Balthazar Bakery she learned the techniques behind the breads and pastries that lined the shelves like edible jewels and she slung pies as a sous chef at Pulino’s Bar & Pizzeria in Manhattan.
